Jellys precisely formed within 12 seconds – our FFW Molding Technology is up to it, processing volumes of approximately 300 kilograms per hour. Any shape is possible. No trays. Patent pending. Formulations are dosed into rotating molds at temperatures below 85° Celsius and reach a solid state within seconds. Our shaping technology can handle very high viscosities*; thus, in many cases – depending on individual recipes – further curing time can simply be skipped. One of our favorite features: This technology is perfect for the production of gummies made from 100 % fruit. And: Highly sensitive ingredients will be exposed to elevated temperatures for only a minimum of time. Just right for the production of nutraceuticals.
